Employment

The Kamloops Society for Community Living takes great pride in ensuring that appropriate matches are made when determining staffing needs.  All programs are currently in transition away from segregated service and toward inclusive, integrated community options.  As such, we require that all staff have a firm belief in abilities and true community living.

Please review our Strategic Plan and our values to determine if you support our mission and fit with our goals and vision. This is a time of change; we have high expectations and need committed people with vision and determination to be successful.

If you are interested in being one of our champions of community inclusion, and meet our hiring criteria, we welcome the opportunity to review your resume.
